The
NanoGage 100 is an optical triangulation proximity sensor with a high
signal-to-noise ratio, offering signal resolution down to 10nm.
Unlike capacitance proximity sensors, which the NanoGage has
been designed to replace, the sensor is insensitive to electromagnetic
interference. Its compact
size and easy to install geometry also facilitates replacement of your
current sensors. A 3mm
standoff height further eases installation.
The NanoGage has a large signal capture range, and a linear
output range of 100µm. The
